Your photos should tell a story whether it's a trip to Mexico or simply a morning breakfast. Either way it should have a story to tell.
Empty Space
You don't have to fill your space covered in the items your're photographing. Leave some empty or simply spread a few items out. The main thing is that you have one item that will catch the viewer's eyes and balance out with the other items you are showing.
